Tuscaoola, AL (Future150) -- Alabama has secured a commitment from in-state big man Jimmie Taylor of Greensboro, Ala. Taylor confirmed the news Friday night.
Taylor had previously reported a top five of Georgetown, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, and Tennessee to accompany the Tide.
The 6-foot-9 standout joins Shannon Hale in Anthony Grant's 2013 recruiting class.
Taylor is No. 67 overall in the Future150 2013 class rankings.
