Middle Village, NY (Future150) -- Every year there are a ton of players accross the country with dreams of playing division one basketball that ultimately fall short of their goals. For Christ the King senior guard Jared Rivers, that dream is on the verge of coming true.
So now the question becomes, "Where will he go?" With offers from Maine and Binghamton in his pocket, and a handful of other divison one programs showing interest, it is still too early to tell.
The interest has picked up around him thanks to the Royals strong season. The senior has been one of the top players on the floor every time out, and will likely continue to be as the season winds down.
The Royals have a big tilt against Bishop Loughlin later today. If they win, Christ the King will get a first round bye in the playoffs. Look for him to continue to rack up more division one offers as the post-season crusade begins for the Royals later this month.
