Atlanta, GA (Future150) -- Brandon Goodwin and his Norcross High School squad are just a week removed from winning a state championship, but things are just beginning to get interesting for the point guard.
A former Southern Miss commitment, Goodwin's impressive play throughout the year has allowed him to hear from many different colleges around the Southeast.
"It's getting up there. There are a lot of new faces," Goodwin told Future150.com when asked about his spiked interest as of late.
From mid-majors to high-majors, it doesn't look like the 6-foot guard is going to have any trouble finding a future home.
"UCF, Murray State, Tennessee Tech, Auburn, Ole Miss, Western Kentucky, and Houston are involved."
Goodwin is extremely athletic and could be an under-the-radar pickup for a select school. He thrives in transition and could grow into a star if put in the right situation.
