Houston, TX (Future150) -- It's no secret that the state of Texas has been putting out a ton of talent on the hardwood over the past several years. The class of 2022 looks no different that prior classes, with elite talent like Colin Smith sitting at the top. However, even as we move to #11-#20 in the current Texas state rankings, there are several prospects who can easily shoot up this list with a strong AAU season.

#11-#20 Rankings For The 2022 Class In Texas:

#11 | Marcette Lawson, 6'7" Forward: Upside is the name of the game for the 6'7"+ and growing forward, who once he develops his offensive game, should see his name take off. Keep track of this DFW prospect.

#12 | Kalen White, 6'6" Wing: Another upside pick, the 6'6" wing prospect is only going to get better as he refines his skills and learns to dominate games. Slow and steady progress will have him continue to rise on this list.

#13 | Marckiest Sykes, 6'4" Wing: We like what we are seeing from the athletic and active forward, who is really beginning to put his wing skills into play as he evolves on the court. He plays with a chip on his shoulder, and is a tough prospect who doesn't back down.

#14 | Tre Clayton, 6'3" Wing: While he may not get a ton of pub yet playing for his loaded Drive Nation AAU team, he certainly has significant upside, as he showcased a versatile offensive game a few weeks ago in front of our staff.

#15 |  Isaiah Foster, 6'0" PG: The straw that stirs the drink for Team FOE out of Dallas, he's a pure point guard who always finds his teammates in the best positions to score. Look for a big AAU season from him in 2018.

#16 | Cam Amboree, 5'7" PG: A highly skilled point guard prospect, he's a knockdown shooter from the outside, and if he's given any space, you can count the basket! As he continues to grow, he's only going to improve. Right now, his high basketball IQ is a huge asset.

#17 | Sam Akinrelere, 6'2" Wing: A powerful guard prospect who is hard to stop from getting to the rim, he showed out at our Future150 Elite24 All-American Camp last August. Already playing above the rim, he should have another successful AAU campaign in 2018.

#18 | Omari Abor, 6'4" Wing: A bruising forward prospect who can play both on the inside and outside, he's one of the most productive prospects in the state of Texas, and we're excited to see what his future holds as he settles into his future position on the court.

#19 | Isaiah Barganier, 6'5" Forward: Recently sprouted up to 6'5", the lefty forward is a constant double-double threat. He earned his stripes at our Future150 Elite24 All-American Camp in August, and he's hungry for more this season.

#20 | Trey Miller, 5'10" G: If we're talking about elite defenders at the middle school level, you can't leave the Houston prospect out of the conversation. He's proved at countless camps and tournaments that he's a high-volume scorer who can shut opposing players down.
