Moss Point, MS (Future150) -- An expected Happy Halloween on the University of Kentucky has begun, as the Wildcats have landed a commitment from 2014 Moss Point (Miss.) shooting guard Devin Booker.
The 6-foot-5 sharpshooter is one of the best shooters in the country and should flourish under John Calipari at Kentucky.
Throughout his recruitment, Booker has professed his intrigue about Kentucky and Calipari's system.
"You can’t ignore the fact that Coach [John] Calipari pushes his players to the limits and produces pros," Booker said in an interview this summer.
After his official visit to Kentucky in mid-September, as well as the commitment of close friend Tyler Ulis, a commitment from Booker has been imminent.
Booker chose Kentucky over Missouri, Michigan, and Michigan State.
He is a five-star and ranked No. 18 in the 2014 Future150 rankings.
Booker joins a nice duo in Karl Towns (7) and Tyler Ulis (55).
There is also the possibility of landing James Blackmon Jr. later tonight.
