Atlanta, GA (Future150) -- Christ Presbyterian Academy has reigned over Nashville and the state of Tennessee for the past few years, and the future doesn’t look much different, either.

Led by rising junior Jalen Lindsey, CPA is looking to win back-to-back state championships; Braxton Blackwell is looking for that state title, but he also wants something more.

“We are trying to go undefeated this year. Last year we went 38-2,” he explained. “Hopefully we can go undefeated and win a state championship again.”

Blackwell had a very impressive Fab Frosh Camp, arguably the best of any player in attendance. He showed the ability to lead his team from several positions, ranging from point guard to power forward.

The 6-foot-6 freshman has a great all-around game, but he feels his strengths lie with his inside game.

“I think my strength is defense. I like to play defense and block shots in the post. I also think I can take my man off the dribble,” he explained.

Ranked in the Top 10 of Future150’s 2016 rankings, Blackwell is already feeling attention from several schools.

“I have interest from Tennessee, Louisville, Vanderbilt, Virginia, and Georgia. I have an offer from Auburn, too,” he added.

While it is still very early for Blackwell, he already has prepared some parameters he would like to see in a school.

“I want a good fan base, good facilities, and a great academic program.”
