Future150 Main Event Dallas Honor Roll List:

Hunter Meyer, 2018 PG, NTX Hawks (TX): The 6-foot combination guard looked more the part of scorer over the weekend, putting together multiple high-scoring games. A highly skilled prospect who keeps his turnovers to a minimum, he was a steady force in the backcourt for his NTX Hawks team. He was terrific all weekend long, and his recruitment should take a major bump if he keeps it up in July.

Evan Ghormley, 2018 SG, CYM (TX): The 6’5” wing is exactly what a future division one guard looks like. Not only does he have great size for the position, but he possesses solid ball skills, attacks well off-the-dribble, and can score from all three levels. It’s no surprise that he already holds several scholarship offers.

Trajen Johnson2018 SG, Arkanas Spartans Blue (AR): One of the most electric scorers in the entire field was the 6'1" combo guard. Not only does he have a strong frame, but he possesses an impressive perimeter shot as well. He consistently knocked down shots off-the-dribble in the mid-range, and had a nice stroke from the three-point line as well. If you're looking for a prospect who loves the game and works tirelessly to improve, this is your guy.

Jai Bijiek, 2018 SF, CYM (TX): With a Texas Tech offer in his hands, the expectations were high for the 6’8” small forward when he arrived at Main Event Dallas. He didn’t disappoint us with his play when the weekend was over, as he showed off his above-the-rim athleticism, as well as an impressive mid-range and three-point jump shot. While he’s still figuring out the game overall, the tools are there for him to become a very good player.

Jacob Garvin, 2018 SF, D1 Premier GameOn (TX): The 6’1” wing prospect impressed us with his versatility on both ends of the floor in Dallas. He proved that he could play multiple positions on offense, but excels most when he’s attacking the rim. On defense, he manned the post area when necessary, and didn’t back down from bigger offensive players. Overall, a very good weekend for him.

Jonothan Stillwell, 2018 SG, MBS (TX): The 6'1" combo guard was the offensive catalyst for his team all weekend long. He totaled high point numbers and played harder than anybody on the court at all times. On the defensive end he never gave up an easy basket, making him a fun player to watch on both ends.

Hakeem Sears, 2018 G, DFW Hornets (TX): The high-motor guard prospect was one of the hardest working prospects in the field over the weekend. He showed an ability to score the basketball on all three levels, whether he was knocking down jump shots from the perimeter or slashing to the basket for scores.
