Nashville, TN (Future150) -- After a successful showing at the Future150 National Camp, it is clear that 2015 Ensworth (TN) guard Andrew Fleming is ready for his junior season to begin, a season in which he hopes to win his
third state championship in a row.

"Clearly our goal is a third straight state championship. We believe we have the team that can do it, we just have to go make it happen," Fleming told Future150.com. "We have put in a ton of work over the Summer, work that we know will pay off."

A major factor in Fleming's recent success is his work with trainers who have also worked with NBA players over the summer. Andrew spent countless hours in Houston, Texas working out and many have made note of his recent improvement.

"This weekend I saw a whole new Andrew. I saw an Andrew that showed incredible confidence at all times. He showed a tremendous improvement with the ball, came off screens well, knocked down shots from everywhere, got to the rim, and most of all he looked like the leader I know he is capable of being," coach Adam Barnes (Future150 Staff) mentioned following the completion of camp.

"I know his work with his trainer is paying off. I can see it in
his game," he went on to say.

A huge factor in Fleming's development was his participation with the St. Louis Eagles on the Nike EYBL circuit over the summer.
Many huge names have played for the St Louis Eagles, such as Brad Beal (NBA), Ben McLemore (NBA), and David Lee (NBA). Fleming hopes to potentially add his name to that list.

"Playing in the EYBL was huge for my development. Playing against NBA-level talent on a daily basis is as
demanding as it gets. The guys in the League help each other progress by going hard every game. That level of
competition will make any player become a better player," Fleming noted.

With so much going on, it is hard to expect someone to be able to handle the daily recruiting grind, but Fleming says things are just now heating up. With offers from Vanderbilt, Memphis, Nebraska, Florida, and Auburn on the table, things aren't slowing down. NC State, Texas, UCF, Clemson, Butler, Tennessee, Notre Dame, Georgia, DePaul, and Belmont are all showing interest.

As for visits, Fleming says he doesn't expect to take any in the immediate future.

"I have visited Florida, Vanderbilt, and Clemson. That is a great start for me. At this point, I am focused on helping my team reach our goals. That is where my focus is at. I know the recruiting will work itself out as long as we perform on the court.
