Birmingham, AL (Future150) -- With the first two months into the 2021 AAU season under our belts, Future150 takes a look at Alabama's Top 25 prospect list.  The list is complied of 25 prospects who have proven that they belong in the conversation of who is the best.

Holding down the #1 spot again is PG RJ Johnson out of Huntsville, AL and Grissom High School.  Johnson is a 6-foot-4 inch lead guard who has a 6'9" wing span and has an imposing stature.  He's at his best when he gets down hill on his defender and making shots from beyond the arc.  With offers from LSU, Auburn, Samford, Xavier, and ASU the sky is the limit for this high major prospect.

Pushing Johnson for number one is the #2 prospect in SG Carson Muse out of North Alabama and West Morgan High.  Muse is a 6-foot-6 inch 205 pound moster who is a coaches dream when he steps on the floor. This high major prospect can score on all three levels, rebounds at a high level and shoots the cover off the ball from beyond the arc. His motor and basketball IQ is what makes him special.  He holds offers from Samford, Western Illinois and Alabama State.  LSU, Auburn, Belmont, UNA and Alabama showing high interest.

The #3 prospect on the list is SG John Broom from Jacksonville, AL and Jacksonville High.  Broom is a smooth lefty who can can score on all three levels and shots the ball a high clip.  As he gets stronger and his confidence grows look for him to take the next step in his development. He holds offers from Miss St., Alabama State, and Samford.

At #4 is PF Cade Phillips out of East Alabama and Westbrook Christian.  Phillips is a good athlete at 6-foot-7 inches and loves scoing on the fast break.  Finishing around the rim and rebounding is what stands out when you watch him play. He holds offers from Georgia, Alabama, and Samford.

The prospect that has made the biggest transformation in his game comes in at #5 SF Julius Clark. Clark won a 6A State Championship at Mountain Brook playing the 5 position. His transition to the wing has been seemless and he is making it look easy.  At 6-foot-5 inches and 190 pounds this wing has improved dramatically in the 2 short months after high school ball on the AAU circuit.  As he continues to develop, look for his D1 offers to increase fast.  He holds an offer from Alabama State with interest from Bryant and Alabama AM.

Newcomers to the Alabama State Rankings- #8 SF Kerrington Keil of Ramsey, #12 PG Madrecus Moreland Jr. of Shades Valley, #14 SF Luke Smith of Plainview, #15 SF Kaden Justice of Sand Rock, #18 SG DaSean Sellers of Jackson Olin, #21 SF Keenan Walker of James Clemens
