Charlottesville, VA (Future150) -- One of the top risers this spring, Nebraska native Akoy Agau, has seen several major programs start to show interest in him. Most recently, West Virginia, USC, Georgetown, and Missouri have all gotten involved and offered the big man, and that's all within the past ten days.
Agau had a strong showing at the NBPA Top 100 camp, which will only further boost his stock. From there Agau took a couple of visits, one to West Virginia and one to Georgetown on Monday.
He also holds offers from the likes of Nebraska, UConn, Iowa, Iowa State, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Creighton, and Colorado State. Kansas and Memphis are among the other programs who are showing interest but have yet to offer him a scholarship.
The talented big is a classic late bloomer, and right now his defense is ahead of his offense. He can still score the ball in the post but is raw offensively. Overall his potential is very high and he should only get better throughout the summer and down the road. Look for more schools to get involved as the live period goes by.
