Dallas, TX (Future150) -- A.A.B. (TX) butted heads with an undefeated Impact Athletics (OK) squad in the 14U gold title game, and pulled away down the stretch to get the win. Kendall Fair had a huge weekend for A.A.B. as he was one of the best playmakers in the tournament regardless of age division. Makale Smith led the way for Impact as he filled up the scoring column all weekend long, while teammate Louis Gurley was also a big reason why the Impact made a run to the title game.

On the silver side of the bracket the NTX Hawks took down OKC Savage in a thriller of a game. The Hawks featured a very promising post prospect in '21 Jaiden Jones while PG Kobe Wiggins made some amazing plays and clutch shots for the Hawks. PG Landry Harris led the way for the Savage's as he showcased great handles, court vision, and abilities to score the ball from everywhere on the floor.

Future150 Dallas Battleground 14U Honor Roll:

Trey Alexander, 2021 SG, AET Elite (OK)The best long term prospect in the division was also the most productive player in Dallas as well. The 6’3” combo guard from Oklahoma City was impressive all weekend, showing that not only is he an explosive scorer, but he’s also able to hold down the lead guard spot when necessary as well. Excellent weekend for him overall.

Jaiden Jones, 2021 Post, NTX Hawks (TX): Already standing 6’4”+ while possessing a meaty frame, the big man with soft hands and good touch around the rim was a steady producer for his team at Dallas Battleground, leading them to a tournament title. Factor in that he’s only 13 years old still, and there’s reason to be very excited about his future.

Jace Washington, 2021 SF, Texas Select (TX): A strong forward prospect at 6’3”, he was the player who did the most damage for his team over the weekend, scoring at will around the rim while rebounding everything he got his hands on. As he continues to transition to the wing position, he’s going to really become a problem in the Dallas area, as right now he’s one of the bright young talents in the city.

Landry Harris, 2021 PG, OKC Savage (OK): There may not have been a tougher player in the division than the 5’8” point guard prospect, who put his team on his back and led them to a championship game, missing a shot at the buzzer which would have given his team the title. He possesses good ball skills and played with a cocky confidence that we loved. Right now, he’s best when he’s attacking the rim and working on the defensive end.

Kendall Fair, 2021 PG, A.A.B. (TX): One of the best playmakers in the loaded 14U division, Fair was scoring the ball at an efficient rate and making some beautiful passes in the half-court setting. He has solid size at his age for the lead guard position, and his lengthy frame indicates another growth spurt. Fair definitely needs to be tracked as he begins his high school basketball career soon.

Louis Gurley, 2021 G, Oklahoma Impact (OK): A smooth and skilled guard, the Oklahoma City product is a scoring machine who plays with a swagger at all times. He’s a wiry producer who can slash or knock down shots from the perimeter with ease, making him a dangerous scorer for a prospect his age. On the defensive end, he loves to gamble in passing lanes, making him a home run threat at all times in transition.

Melvin Swindle, 2021 Post, AET Elite (OK): While there were certainly bigger post prospects in the division, there may not have been a more productive big man than the 6’1” bully on the block. He showed excellent footwork and finished very well around the rim, using both hands. He’s also a reliable rebounder who backs down from no one.

Camren Hunter, 2021 PG, Team Jah's Elite (AR): The 5’10” Arkansas prospect continues to put up huge numbers this AAU season at Future150 events, as he poured in another 30 point scoring effort during one game in Dallas. He’s an extremely effective combo guard who stays in attack mode. He’s also fearless on the defensive end and the kind of leader every team loves to have.

Ethan Maddox, 2021 G/F, Xpress Hoops (TX): At 6'1" Maddox has solid size on the wing for his age, and his three level scoring abilities were on full display all weekend. He was getting into the lane and drawing fouls, and kept the defense on their toes by keeping them guessing what he was going to do on the next play. He definitely has a good feel for the game and showcased great IQ. With his size, skills, and feel for the game, Maddox definitely has some considerable upside as a prospect who hasn't even got to high school yet.

Toney Green, 2021 SF, A.A.B (TX): The 6'3" forward was active all weekend for his team, leading them to a championship. An excellent athlete, he scored with ease around the rim, and rebounded the ball very well thanks to his length and his motor. As he continues to improve his perimeter shooting, he should really ramp up his productivity on offense.

Kobe Wiggins, 2021 PG, NTX Hawks (TX): Maybe the most entertaining prospect in the 14U division, Kobe was a fan favorite due to his size (5’5”) and playmaking ability. He has flashy ball skills and plays with a fun wiggle in his game, always keeping the defense on their toes thanks to his quickness and speed on the floor.

Jai Lacario, 2021 CG, Pack Elite (TX): Lacario was scoring early and often during pool play over the weekend. He wasted no time showing that he was one of his team's go-to guys and made sure the defense respected his playmaking abilities and three point jump shot. A talented scorer no doubt, Lacario would really benefit from another growth spurt as his stature and strength poses questions as to how efficient he can be at the high school level.

Emareyon McDonald, 2021 SG, Louisiana Select Team Millsap (LA): McDonald is an alumni of Future150's prestigious Elite24 Camp, and showed this weekend why he was worthy of being invited to the camp last year as a rising 8th grader. McDonald has grown an inch or two since then and now stands around six foot tall. His scoring abilities from all three levels and pesky on-ball defense is what impresses the most out of McDonald's game. His growth and further development over the next year or so will be interesting to watch.

Jonathan Box, 2021 PG, Game Tight (TX): A wiry floor general with great court vision in transition, Box competed hard every game and always made the right decisions. At 5'10" he already has solid size at his age, and now he just needs to continue to work on his jump shot and on-ball defense. Definitely one of the most intriguing point guard prospects in the tournament regardless of age division.

Myson Huff, 2021 SG, NTX Hawks (TX): One of the most electric playmakers in the division, the 6-foot wing would not be denied around the rim. He has very good speed in the open floor and loves to play physical on-ball defense. In a very strong division, he was one of the brighest stars of the Dallas Battleground.

Brendin Wright, 2021 PF, H3 Premier (TX): Wright, standing over 6'4", was a huge force on the glass and in the paint througout the weekend for H3 Premier. He's still raw when it comes to overall skill set and footwork down low, but he still has plenty of time to work on that. If he continues to grow, he certainly has a shot to be a legit DI power forward prospect with his length, strong frame, and elite rim protector potential.
