West Deptford, NJ (Future150) -- Pangos All-East Frosh/Soph camp is one of the more loaded events on the east coast every fall and for good reason. The staff consistently loads up on the best freshmen and sophomores in the area and lets them go at in under one roof, allowing a number of prospects to break out or solidify their stock.

One of the more impressive point guards in the camp came in with a burgeoning reputation and lived up to the hype. Maryland native Judah Jordan was one of the more effective lead guards the entire weekend, mixing up distributing and scoring the ball.

"I think my scoring ability is very high, its pretty easy to score for me using my ball-handling, and distributing is a big part of my game, as a player I know that I need improve my strength and my court vision," Jordan said.

He first burst onto the scene this Spring with Team Durant, and was one of the most impressive players at Penn State's elite camp this June, which netted him an offer from PSU, his first High-Major offer

"It was a great experience seeing their campus and seeing where I could potentially be as a division one athlete" said Jordan of Penn State.

Townson and Hampton are the only other programs who have offered at this point, but Maryland, Miami, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Kansas State and Virginia are all showing interest as well. Jordan was able to visit Maryland two weekends ago, and recapped his visit with the Terps.

"I couldn't make it there for Midnight Madness, so When I went for the visit, we watched the team play and then went and checked out their practice facility and then checked out the football game, it was a good experience," Jordan said of Maryland.

At 6-foot-2, Jordan looks and plays like a high major guard. Playing with Capitol Christian will allow him to go against some of the top guards in his area as well. Ultimately, it will be interesting to see how he continues to progress. Look for a number of high major programs to continue to get involved, as well as for him to continue to pick up offers.
