Jersey City, NJ (Future150) -- Over the past year or so, it has become very clear that New Jersey native Louis King has all the raw talent in the world. After transferring from Roselle Catholic (NJ) to Pope John XXII (NJ) King has begun to cash in on that talent.
The 6-foot-8 wing looks better than ever, and has begun to transition to the shooting guard position as well. The transfer to Pope John has clearly benefitted his game and has helped him to come along quicker than expected.
"I feel like I can play any position, I'm working on bringing the ball up the floor and getting my teammates involved more, I feel like I'm one of the best players on this team, but we have to play together and play as a team if we're going to be successful," King said.
His recruitment has begun to really take off as well, as a number of the top programs in the country have either offered or begun showing interest.
UNC has been in contact lately. Syracuse, Michigan, WVU, Kansas, Kansas State, Manhattan, Seton Hall and VCU have all offered already.
King should pick up even more offers this spring and summer. Suiting up with Sports U, a loaded group of sophomores who will most likely play up on Under Armors's 17U circuit this year. In the meantime, look for King to continue to expand his game, and his offer list to expand with it.
