Every year there are a number of prospets who really make a name for themselves while putting up decent numbers on the 16U level. For a number of players on Atlanta Xpress' 16U team, that seems to have rung true. While quite a few of them have picked up high-major offers over the past few weeks, one is standing out a bit more than the rest.
