Los Angeles, CA (Future150) -- Steve Alford has done a solid job with pipeline recruiting as usual already reeling in three Cali natives for his 2017 class. What do these guys bring to the table? Will UCLA land anyone else?

HARD COMMITS:

Jaylen Hands, 6'0" Point Guard, Chula Vista (CA): Coming in at #31 overall in our 2017 national rankings, Hands has such an amazing feel for the game and what is going on around him. His court vision and overall ability to create scoring oppurtunities for his teammates and himself put him among the elite in this class of PG's. He may be lacking elite size but makes up for it with his handles, IQ, and speed.

Jalen Hill, 6'8" Power Forward, Corona (CA): The other Jalen in this class, checks in at 6 foot 8 inches and knows how to finish in the post. He's a menace on the boards and knows how to play above the rim. Hill checks in at #52 in our national rankings, and is well deserving after much improvement over the past year and a half. Don't be surprised if you see a couple of Jaylen to Jalen alley-oop lobs during their freshman season with the Bruins.

LiAngelo Ball, 6'5" Combo Guard, Chino Hills (CA): LiAngelo certainly isn't going to come in to UCLA with nearly as much hype surrounding him as older Lonzo is garnering for this coming season. Make no mistake he will make his presence felt at some point during his UCLA career. Shooters with his size and ball-handling abilities, don't just sit on the bench. Even though LiAngelo won't have a signifigant impact his freshman year, he should be a very good four year guy.

OTHER OFFERS:

Coach Alford and the Bruins are still in the running for Gary Trent Jr.Charles O'Bannon Jr.Kris Wilkes, and Abu Kigab. Many think of Trent as a Duke lean, but with Trent headed to Prolific Prep and UCLA still on his list, anything can happen. Kris Wilkes is probably the most likely potential commitment between these four guys. It seems like a tight race between the Bruins and the Indiana Hoosiers for landing Wilkes services. So the Bruins could potentially add another prospect to this class, but nothing is for sure at this point.
