Austin, TX (Future150) -- Coach Shaka Smart and the Longhorns have already collected three commitments from the 2017 class. What will these guys bring to the table in Austin? Does Texas have a shot at landing any other prospects that they've been targeting?

HARD COMMITS:

Royce Hamm, 6'8" Power Forward, Houston (TX): Hamm is a high motor, high energy big man that will thrive extremely well under Coach Smart's system at Texas. With his long arms and good athleticism he has no problems finishing strong over the top of the defense with some big time dunks and could also be a huge presence down low on defense with his shot blocking abilities.

Jericho Sims, 6'8" Power Forward, Minneapolis, (MN): Another four man headed to Texas next year, Sims is a bouncy athlete that plays way above the rim. He has solid ball-handling abilities for his size and is very capable of backing an opponent down from near the perimeter and taking them all the way to the basket. He runs the floor well and has good lateral speed for a PF. Sims should fit in well as a big man in the Big 12 conference.

Jase Febres, 6'5" Guard/Forward, Houston (TX): Febres is a good spot up shooter from just about anywhere on the court and has great size on the wing at 6'5". He crashes the boards very well for a wing prospect and can make a difference on the offensive glass with his length and athleticism. He may not have a impact right away for Coach Smart and the Longhorns but he has all the tools and skills to be a fantastic 3-4 year guy for Texas.

OTHER OFFERS:

The two names to really remember when looking at the Longhorns remaining targets would have to be PG Matt Coleman and SG Charles O'Bannon Jr. Texas has been recruiting Coleman for a while now and he will be taking an unofficial vist this weekend, but ever since Duke offered things have been a bit more questionable regarding his potential college destination. O'Bannon Jr. has been thought of as a Texas lean for quite some time now and he would be a fine addition to a class that already has good size and athleticism all around.
