Future150 GM / Senior National Analyst. Covering high and middle school basketball.

Conway, AR (Future150) -- It's not often that a basketball prospect from Arkansas emerges nationally early in their middle school career, but that is exactly what happened to Adrian Moore over a year ago. The then 6'2" wing player had YouTube video's go viral after showing serious dunking ability for a player at such a young age.

Now, the 6'4" swingman is getting serious about becoming known for not only his athleticism, but his skill set as well. As an 8th grader playing for Conway's junior high team, he put up ridiculous statistics this past season with averages of 24 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists, and 4 steals per game.

Next year as a freshman, he is looking to play with Conway High School's varsity team. "I would like to start on my high school team and help them have a great season."

In the meantime, he is taking care of business on the number one ranked 14U AAU team in the country, DunkDog Elite, which won the famed Rumble in the Bronx tournament last weekend.

At the highly publisized tournament, Adrian showed off his diverse game alongside fellow 2016 top 25 players Thon Maker and Khalea Turner. On top of being a highly skilled basketball player, he is also a great teammate. "Playing with those guys is a bonus...without them we are good, but with them we're special. I'm thankful to have the best bigs in the country at this level."

Having such a mature outlook on the game has top programs from all over the country interested in the Arkansas star. Arkansas, Arizona, Baylor, Florida, and Kansas are all showing early interest, and more big-time colleges should continue in pursuit of him in the following months.

Such notoriety helps to keep him humble, and he knows that he is far from a finished product. "First thing I want to do is to get better in all parts of my game, and the second is to add more strength."

Along with continuing to diversify his game, he is also looking to possibly move from shooting guard to point guard, making him a truly elite prospect.

While Adrian Moore is still a very young national prospect, there's no denying that he has the potential to be a top 25 recruit in the class of 2016 for years to come.

Great kid, very athletic. Has a bright future. Been following the kid for a while, there has been a lot of hype created for the kid, lets see how it pans out. Great highlight reels for YouTube, game needs to be refined some. Spoke with jr. High coach, stats were exaggerated. 15 points 8 rbs 1 ast 2 steals 5 tos. I think if he keeps at it his numbers could improve. I actually think he was playing with jr. High Because that is his original classification. I would not put much stock in the age and grade can be very misleading. Others to watch coming out of Arkansas 2015 Jaylen Franklin Parkview, K. Allen North Little Rock, KJ Hill Bryant, Keith Haynes Little Rock Central, Jerry Perry Mayflower, also 2016 Malik Monk EPC, Demarrius Johnson Conway Jr. High.
