  Rashawn is a swingman who plays the game under control. He has a great body and knows how to use it when attacking the rim.  He is level-headed and rarely makes bad decisions. He is a knockdown shooter from mid-range and can get hot out past the arc as well. He is also a good rebounder.

• Weaknesses:
  

  Needs to improve his man-to-man defense. He also needs to work on his ball-handling skills. He also needs to play the game with more passion consistently.
