• Strengths:
  

  Brooks is the consumate PG who knows how to play the game and has a high basketball IQ.  He show good quickness and some elite ball handling skills.  This smooth lefty is tough to stop in transition and makes a living on capitalizing off steals.  He can score on all three levels and has good court vision as he makes his teammates better.

• Weaknesses:
  

  Increased strength will only make him better all the way around.  Needs to work on going right off the bounce which is his off hand and that will come in time.  The taller and stronger he gets his jump shot will prove to be more consistent.
