Los Angeles, CA (Future150) -- UCLA has been down the past couple of seasons but figures to make a return on the backs of a talented 2012 recruiting class. Now they have gotten a great jump on the 2013 class in order to maintain their success.

They have already gotten a commitment from point guard Zach LaVine and now add to their backcourt of the future with the addition of Allerik Freeman. He is a natural born scorer who isn't afraid to take the big shot in a game. He excels at slashing to the basket and has a college ready body as well.

Freeman will spend his senior year at national powerhouse Findlay Prep (NV). Don't be surprised if Freeman takes his game to another level while playing there as so many who have played there before him have done.

UCLA has two scholarships left providing no one transfers or leaves for the NBA early. Look for the Bruins to try to add another point guard as Larry Drew II is a senior and Kyle Anderson's future is uncertain. Forwards Jarrell Martin and Marcus Lee also remain possibilities.
